Lars Calisthenics (sole proprietorship), Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42065201, located at De Hoge Wei 10, 6678DL Oosterhout, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing your personal data as described in this privacy policy.

What data I collect, and why
1. Booking a free call via Calendly
Your name, email address and any details you enter yourself when booking. Legal basis: performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before entering into one), or your consent.
2. Becoming a client
Your name, contact details, payment and billing details (via Stripe), messages you share via WhatsApp as part of the coaching, and progress videos/photos you send in yourself for feedback. Legal basis: performance of the coaching agreement.
3. General website visits
I use Google Analytics (GA4) to see how visitors use the site (number of visitors, which pages, conversions such as booking a call). Google Analytics only loads after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent. See the cookie policy for the full overview and how to change your choice.
4. Storage in your browser
Your choice in the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser. You can delete it by clearing this site's browser data. Legal basis: your consent.
How long I keep your data
- Contact details from a booked call that doesn't lead to coaching: up to 2 years.
- Client and billing details: for as long as the coaching relationship lasts, and billing details for 7 years after that, due to the statutory tax retention obligation.
- WhatsApp messages: for as long as the coaching relationship lasts, deleted within a reasonable period after it ends.
Who I share your data with
I work with the following parties, which process data on my behalf. I never sell your data to third parties and don't use it for any purposes other than those listed below.

- See what data I have about you (access)
- Have incorrect data corrected

Security
I take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorized access, including by using secure, recognized service providers for email, payments and scheduling.
